Refund policy
Duration of Return Policy Our return policy is valid for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility You may qualify for a refund under one of the following scenarios:

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us with details and providing visual evidence if possible.

General Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product to our warehouse within the first 90 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in new and unused condition.

Shipping Issues: If your order is lost or significantly delayed (with clear evidence from tracking updates), you may be eligible for a refund.
Exclusions: Refunds or resends are not provided if:

Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@izuomaydz.com with your order details. We will provide instructions and a return address. You must return the item with a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number to ensure the return is processed correctly.
Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank, and applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@izuomaydz.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Gift Returns If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
